The Studio Matsui site presents a sampling of the work of Hisako Matsui.

Hisako has worked as a graphic designer in Greater Boston for years, after graduating from Simmons College and the Yale University School of Art. Her employers have included the WGBH Educational Foundation, the University of Massachusetts Boston, Karen Lewis Design, Inc. and Whitney Veigas Architectural Products Inc. She also had taught Graphic Design, Typography and Digital Processes at Emmanuel College. 

She first focused on designing print materials, but she has extended her interests to digital, environmental, and information design. She has designed promotional and collateral materials for Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, Boston's Logan International Airport, and a number of companies that offer high-quality services and products.

Hisako is also interested in children's book creation. She has been working on illustration and story writing, and she hopes to publish a children's book.

She is a native of Japan, and is fluent in Japanese and English.
